Free Admission and Registration

Overview:

Open House is the university’s annual event held before the administration of the scholarship exam. This year the Open House will fall on 26^th August 2017, while the scholarship exam is taking place on 2^nd September 2017.

Objectives:

• To reach out to and inform at least 500 high school students and parents about Zaman University’s scholarships, learning environment, and fields of study offered for the academic year 2017-2018

Tentative Agenda:

8:00 – 8:30: Arrival of students, parents, and guests

8:30 – 10:00: Info sharing session

•           Admission requirements,
•           Scholarship Exam,
•           About Studying at Zaman University (Presented by students from each department, specifying the learning environment, extracurricular activities, other supports, etc.)
•           Questions and Answer

10:00 – 10:30: Campus Tour – divide into groups of 20 students
